About
A graduate of Central Saint Martins, Eri Harigai is a Tokyo-based new media artist blending East Asian and Western aesthetics through immersive visuals, digital sculpture, and large-scale projection mapping. Drawing from her cross-cultural background, her work explores shifting ideas of home, connection, and belonging across both physical and virtual spaces.
With over a decade of experience creating large-scale visuals for television, concerts, and public art, her practice ranges from award-winning projection mapping works to hybrid physical-digital artworks. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including at Expo 2025 Osaka, across European architectural landmarks, and on the billboards of Times Square.
Through digital environments and evolving technologies, Eri continues to explore how visual spaces can create new ways of experiencing connection beyond physical place.
